HOW TO STOP WORRYING SO MUCH

“Why are you Worrying?”

I’ve asked myself this question at least a million times in my lifetime.

One thing I find myself constantly learning (and have refused to admit) is that worrying doesn’t help me.

So many things will race through my mind at the same time. I will try to live next year today. I will overthink, panic and then go over the same things a billion times.

Who else totally relates to this?

It’s just weird because every time this happens, I’ll get over it by giving myself a pep talk about how I need to quit letting the small stuff bother me. I’ll preach to myself endlessly that there’s no use worrying over spilt and unspilled milk.

Honestly, it changes something every time and I have been able to reduce my worry rates (my blood pressure will thank me for this). I am getting better at dealing with stress and I’m learning new and better ways to calm myself.
