A lot of us might not mention it, but we are dealing with grief every day. It really does not matter how long ago you lost that special person. What matters is that they are gone and you miss them. It will be selfish of me to come here and write about only positivity and choose to turn a blind eye to things like Grief. Things that constantly stretch our positivity and cause us to question life itself.
A fear years ago, I was destabilized by a few losses. That year was one of the darkest points in my life. This episode of Let’s Talk Over Wine talks about that phase in my life. I know that like me, there are so many other young people going through the same thing or maybe even worse. It’s okay if you still have tear-breaks in the bathroom at lunch and if you still don’t understand how God could even allow something like that to happen, don’t worry. It’s completely fine to dash in and out of your grief. This is all part of dealing with grief.
I’m constantly searching for better ways to deal with the death of my beloved ones. I am constantly looking for excuses for them or sometimes not because I honestly don’t completely understand what happened up till today. I am constantly fighting to not break into tears when we talk about them and I am doing different things to make sure that I hold their memories close to my heart
